Description:
The "Together We Rise" Foundation for Women and Child Care implemented a project to improve the health level in Abyan Governorate, in partnership with the Alif Baa Foundation for Civil Peace and Coexistence, as part of the "Women Confronting COVID-19" project. This was supported by UN Women and funded by the Women, Peace, and Humanitarian Action Fund.

Objectives:

1. Rehabilitation and restoration of the health unit in the Al-Darajaj area to provide medical services to the local population.

2. Raising community awareness about the COVID-19 virus and its prevention.

3. Enhancing the health unit's capacity to deliver essential services in the area.
